Oatmeal porridge
Ingredients
Oats Two Tablespoons, Mixed Vegetables Cut into Cubes One Cup, Lentils One Handful, Water One and Half Mug, Turmeric Siki Teaspoon, Whole Cumin Teaspoon, Coriander Powder Half Teaspoon, Oil Three Tablespoon, Bay Leaf One, Panchphodan Half Tea spoon, two cloves of garlic, three to four cloves of green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, a piece of lemon.
How to make
1. Cut three-four kinds of vegetables into cubes of your choice.
2. Boil lentils and vegetables in one and a half cups of water. Add bay leaves while boiling. When pulses and vegetables are cooked, add oats, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste, green chillies, cover and cook for five minutes.
3. If necessary, you can add half a cup of water. The consistency will be more like haleem. When it becomes thick, turn off the flame.
4. For boiling, heat oil in a pan and add panchphodon. Now fry it red with chopped garlic and add it to the oats khichuri. Serve with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Golden Tea
The main ingredients of golden tea are fenugreek and sweet cumin or fennel seeds. Studies have shown that fenugreek and chapar tea play a role in increasing breast milk. However, researchers have advised not to consume more than one to two cups of tea in one go.

Peanut Bharta
Ingredients
One cup of peanuts, one teaspoon of sesame seeds, half a cup of chopped onion, five-six cloves of garlic, three-four dry chilies, three tablespoons of mustard oil, salt to taste.
How to make
1. There are two types of groundnuts available in the market – raw and roasted. If the almonds are raw, roast them in a dry pan and remove the red skin.
2. Take a teaspoon of sesame seeds in a separate pan. Fry dry chillies in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. You can give more or less amount of pepper according to taste.
3. Remove the pepper from the pan and lightly fry the chopped onion and garlic in that oil.
4. Now blend the roasted almonds, sesame seeds and dry chillies, onion, garlic and half a cup of water in a blender.
5. Heat two tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan. Add the almond mixture to the hot oil and fry well. Add enough salt. When the almond mixture turns brown, remove from the pan and serve with hot rice.
Spinach Soup
