Ingredients: 1 kg of Leita fish, 100 grams of coriander leaves, 1 tomato paste, 5 whole green chillies, 5 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon each of turmeric and chili powder. , 1 teaspoon cumin and coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, mustard oil in quantity.

Method: First wash the fish and drain the water. Then put the garlic cloves in the pan with oil , when it is fried a little, grind it well with all the ingredients one by one and the powdered spices.
