22 students from the Technical University of Indhoven worked hard for 18 months to build this fancy car. "This car is really different," said Lisa van Etten, project manager. Because it's made entirely of scraps.'

He said that the chassis of the car is made of flax and PET bottles. Hard plastic parts used in TVs, electronics and toys are also used in cars. The seat cushions are made of coconut husks.

In the future, Lisa hopes that manufacturers will look at making cars using various materials, especially plastic.
