Jumbangla Desk: A joint operation was conducted under the leadership of the army to control the law and order situation on the 300 feet road in Khilkshe of the capital.

Yesterday Thursday (October 17) from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am, army, traffic and police station conducted this operation in the check post area.

A total of 136 cases were given in this campaign. In addition, a fine of Rs 2 lakh 34 thousand 500 was levied. 12 people were arrested for various offences, including drug consumption, obstruction of government work and signal disobedience.

Besides, 27 motorcycles and 2 private cars were seized. It is reported that they have been handed over to Khilkhet police station to take legal action against those arrested.
