Lifestyle Desk: We often face this problem while making rice. Even though the rice is quite crunchy while eating, it can be seen that the rice is almost sticky. No more crispy rice. We do not understand how to reduce this problem. But without doing anything special, rice can be kept in Jhurjhur by keeping some very simple things in mind.

1. Large grain rice
If you can, take a little long large grain rice. The rice will not stick to the bottom. Large grain rice sticks to each other less. It will make the rice crispy.

2. Pre-soak
Rice is often called pre-soak. It makes the rice soft. As a result, rice does not have to be kept in the heat of fire for a long time. So the rice will be crunchy.

3. Don't add too much water
When boiling rice, don't add too much water. Water twice as much rice as measured. Too much water sometimes causes the rice to burn. So if you give water according to the size, it will grow well. Will not stick.

4. Put the rice in another bowl.
We usually keep the rice inside the pot with a lid. The rice becomes more cooked in the heat of the bone. As a result, it takes longer. Try to keep the rice in another container after cooking. It will contain rice at normal room temperature. Won't overheat and won't melt too much.

5. Choose the right container.
Do not choose a container that will stick the rice together in one place. Means do not take any small container. Take a little bigger and wider pot. Spread the cooked rice in this pot. Rice will be fine in this too.

6. Place under pan
We use this method when cooking something good with Dehradun rice or Basmati rice. But this method can also be used when cooking plain rice. Keep the mouth of the vessel in which the rice is kept open for some time. It will remove the watery feeling of the rice quickly and the rice will be neat.

7. Cooking on low heat
If you cook slowly on low heat, the rice melts less. It takes a little longer, but the rice is very good. If it takes longer on low heat, the rice will be cooked well from the inside. And all the rice does not stick if it is cooked at the right time. As a result, the possibility of sticking to each other decreases.

8. Do not stir too much as
the rice will break if you stir it too much. This broken rice part melts and makes the rice sticky. So take your time and cook rice slowly. But don't stir too much. Stir once or twice with a sleeve to prevent sticking, also after 20 minutes.

9.
The general rule is to put water and rice together on the day the rice falls . This is also a major reason for rice sticking. Boil water first. Now add rice. If the rice is good and pre-soaked it will not take much time and will cook better. It will be soon.

10. Washed in cold water
we keep the rice after discarding the rice fan. Do one thing this time. Wash the rice again in a little cold water. It will reduce the heat of the rice, reduce the sticky feeling. If you follow these ten ways, hopefully your rice will be crispy from now on.
