Former textile and jute minister Ghulam Dastgir Gazi, his wife former mayor of Tarab municipality Hashina Gazi, elder son Gazi Ghulam Murtaza and younger son Gazi Ghulam Asaria also did not lay down their arms.

5000 more arms licenses were given in the rest of the divisions. Mymensingh Division has the least number of arms licenses. Its number is more than five hundred.
