Several leaders of parties or alliances who have been invited said that they will talk about various issues in the dialogue with the chief adviser. But their main focus will be on priority electoral reforms and electoral roadmap. They will propose specific reforms on this issue. Apart from this, they will present their statements regarding the control of commodity prices, the removal of Awami League's friends in the administration, the trial of genocide and the withdrawal of false-disappearance cases against the opposition leaders and activists during the Awami League period.
On October 5, the Chief Advisor held a dialogue with BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, Democracy Manch, Hefazete Islam, Left Democratic Alliance, Islami Andolan Bangladesh, AB Party, Public Rights Council.
He will hold a dialogue with the rest of the political parties on Saturday. On this day Liberal Democratic Party-LDP, Gano Forum, Jatiyatabadi Sammana Jot, Jatiya Party-BJP (Perth), 12 party alliance, Jatiya Mukti Council, Labor Party and some other parties are said to have been invited. This will be the chief adviser's fourth round of dialogue with political parties after assuming office.

The Awami League government fell on August 5 due to the student movement. After taking the oath on August 8, the first dialogue with the political parties was held by the chief advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus. In his address to the nation on September 11, he announced the formation of six commissions for reforms in electoral system, police, judiciary, public administration, constitution and anti-corruption. After that the commissions started working when the notification was issued formally forming the commission.
