Talking about the price of the phone in India, the 128 GB storage model with 8 GB RAM has been priced at Rs 18,999.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G phone will be sold on the company's India website, Amazon Flipkart and retail stores.

The company has said that the Galaxy A16 5G is the slimmest smartphone in the A-series. It features a glossy back panel finish and Iceland frame design. The Galaxy A16 also comes with an IP54 rating.

For photography, the smartphone will get a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
