Ingredients
Tofu 450g (medium firm)
Prawns 300g (minced)
Assorted nuts 3 to 4 cups (chopped)
Garlic 3 cloves (chopped)
Onion 1 (chopped)
Ginger ½ teaspoon (powder or paste)
Salt 2 teaspoons
chili powder 2 teaspoons
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
oil for frying, bread crumbs or flour, eggs
for serving – soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili flakes and green onion leaves.
method
Mix tofu, shrimp, almonds, garlic, onion, ginger, salt, pepper, soy sauce.
Mix everything well and make balls.
Dip the balls in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil for frying in a pan and fry the balls until they are crispy and golden-brown.
For dipping sauce you can mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili flakes and green onion leaves.
