Bollywood actors have bought two commercial units on the ninth floor from Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd in a building known as Signature Building located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai.
The contract value of each property is Rs 11.13 crore and the stamp duty paid is Rs 66.8 lakh. Each unit has a built-up area of 2,999 square feet and a carpet area of 1,905 square feet. The document was registered on 10 October 2024. The units also have three car parking spaces.
Actress Sara Ali Khan bought an office with her mother on the fourth floor of the same building in July last year. The transaction was for Rs 9 crore and he paid stamp duty of Rs 41.01 lakh. The deal also includes three car parking spaces. The seller of the property was Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt.
