Science and Technology Desk: For the first time, the car gear is connected to the motorcycle. Automated Manual Gearbox (AMT) is added to the new technology bike developed by the Austrian company KTM (KTM).
Recently this information has been given by the Austrian automobile company which is currently in the lime light.
It is known that the EICMA bike exhibition is going to be held in Milan, Italy within a few days. KTM will appear with five bikes in it. The company is currently testing multiple bikes. One of these prototype models did not feature a clutch lever. Since then, speculation has been rife. Meanwhile, KTM's teaser also did not show the clutch lever on their flagship model. Hence it indicates AMT gearbox.
In the meantime, Yamaha has launched the MT 09 with an auto gearbox. Honda has been using DCT gearbox in bikes for several days now. And BMW is also using MT in their flagship Adventure motorcycle R1300GS Adventure model. As a result, KTM's upcoming technology is expected to respond to the market.
