Entertainment Desk: 'There is one woman in Shahrukh's life and she is Gauri Khan. Shah Rukh Khan is addicted to Gauri' — Shah Rukh's close friend Vivek Vaswani said in an interview.

Shah Rukh Khan did not have to burn less wood to get that Gauri. Shah Rukh was young when he fell in love with Gauri. Once while walking in Delhi's Green Park, the Bollywood king was even beaten up by local boys.

Reminiscing, Shahrukh Khan said, “Once I was hanging out with my girlfriend (Gauri Khan). Some boys come to us. Asking me, who is the girl? I confidently say my girlfriend. But a boy says, 'No, the girl is your sister.' An argument ensued with the boys, leading to a fight. They killed me. A boy threw a clay cup in my face during the fight.”

Shahrukh could not introduce Gauri Khan as his girlfriend (lover) that day because of panic. Referring to this information, Shah Rukh Khan said, 'If you go to Delhi with Gauri, if someone asks who is she (Gauri)? I said, 'She is my sister.'

Shahrukh-Gauri first met in 1984 at a friend's house. Shah Rukh was 25 at that time. He fell in love with Gauri at first sight. They got married on October 25, 1991 after many struggles.

Even after marriage, Shahrukh-Gauri struggled for almost six years. Shahrukh-Gauri's first son Aryan was born in 1997. After that, Shah Rukh became one of the names of Bollywood. On the other hand, Gauri leans towards interior designing. Their daughter Suhana was born in May 2000. In 2013, the star couple became parents to their third child, Abram, through surrogacy.
