According to sources of Badda police station, Golam Sarwar Pintu, who was arrested, is a prominent accused in the statement of 4 murder cases and one attempted murder case in the anti-discrimination student movement. On August 20 and 21, two separate cases were registered in Badda police station regarding the murder of victims Hafizul and Suman Shikder. In their attack, victims Hafizul, Suman Shikder, Sirajul Bepari and Sohag Mia were killed and Rubel Mia was seriously injured.
