International Desk: Russian President Vladimir Putin has predicted that the economies of Russia, China, India and Saudi Arabia will show growth, while African and Southeast Asian countries will advance.

"Positive growth will be in strong countries like China, India, positive growth will be in Russia, Saudi Arabia, but countries in Southeast Asia and Africa will also show good growth," Putin said at a meeting with heads of state of BRICS countries.

'Formation of new centers of development' is a sign of the times, Russian leader says.

"This development, I believe, based on the opinions of experts whose opinions I listen to, will purposefully set a precedent in the BRICS member states, as well as in the Global South, Southeast Asia and Africa," Putin noted. Source: Tas.
