Jumbangla Desk: The General Secretary of the People's Rights Council Md. The court acquitted Rashed Khan.
On Sunday (October 20), Dhaka's cyber tribunal judge Noore Alam gave the order.
Confirming the matter, Rashid's lawyer Zahedur Rahman told the media that today was the date of taking the testimony of the case. However, no witness appeared in court. For this reason, an application was made to exempt him (Rashed) from the liability of the case. After the hearing, the tribunal acquitted him from liability in the case.

Al Nahian Khan Joy, the former president of Chhatra League, filed the case against Rashed Khan at the Shahbag police station of the capital on July 1 of that year.
Later that day Rashed Khan was arrested by the police. Later he was remanded for 10 days in two phases. After the investigation, the investigating officer of the case filed a charge sheet on October 13, 2020 accusing Rashed.
Then on November 22, 2021, the court ordered Rashed's trial by filing a complaint.
