Jumbangla Desk: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the country has revived the rejected appeal to get back the canceled registration of Jamaat-e-Islami as a political party.
This paved the way for Jamaat's legal battle to regain its registration and party symbol , lawyers said.
