Jumbangla Desk: The court dismissed the case of killing 42 people against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Judge Ziadur Rahman gave the order on Thursday (October 24).
From January 5 to February 1, 2015, 42 people were burned to death during the strike called by the BNP-led 20-party alliance. In this incident, three people including Khaleda Zia were accused of murder.
A murder case was filed against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and three leaders of the party in connection with the killing of 42 people in petrol bomb fire across the country during the anti-government movement.

The other three defendants in the case are BNP Chairperson's advisor. Emajuddin Ahmed, party vice chairman Shamser Mobin Chowdhury and member of the standing committee Barrister Rafiqul Islam Mia.
