Several advisers said the students have demands for the president's resignation. On the other hand, some political parties say that if the president resigns, it will create a constitutional crisis and they do not want that. The advisory council discussed this situation. As a result, the government has decided to solve this matter by discussing with the parties.

Adviser on Forest, Environment and Climate Affairs Syeda Rizwana Hasan told the media that the government has started discussions with political parties on the issue of the President's resignation. The government will take a decision on the matter on the basis of consensus after discussing with the parties.

Context, President Sahabuddin's comment that there is no documentary evidence of the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who was ousted in the student uprising, was recently published in a newspaper. A protest was also held in front of Banga Bhavan on Tuesday night under the banner of an organization called Inkilab Manch.
