Jumbangla Desk: The initial registration process for Haj pilgrims in 2025 will continue till November 30, 2024.
A special notification in this regard has been issued by the Hajj-1 Division of the Ministry of Religious Affairs on Thursday (October 24).
As per the instructions published on August 25, 2024, the pre-registered persons have to complete the initial registration by depositing Rs.three lakh to the designated bank by November 30, the notification said. Those who have not yet pre-registered during this period can complete both the pre-registration and initial registration process simultaneously. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has specifically requested the pilgrims to complete the necessary procedures on time, so that the Hajj process can be completed smoothly.
In the notification, the Ministry of Religion assured their cooperation.
Hajj 2025 will start from 6 June 2025 (9 Zilhaj 1446 Hijri). The main Day of Hajj will be Arafat on 7th June 2025 (10th Zilhaj).
