Bangladesh High Commission's initiative to give special honor to expatriates in Malaysia

More than 1.2 million Bangladeshi citizens are in Malaysia. Working in important sectors like agriculture, business, industry, education, medicine, engineering, research and social services and playing an important role in sending remittances to Bangladesh.

At the same time, all these Bangladeshis are brightening the image of Bangladesh through their skill and dedication. In recognition of these unique general contributions, the Bangladesh High Commission in Malaysia has taken the initiative of awarding them special awards.


According to the notification of the High Commission, interested Bangladeshi citizens residing in Malaysia are humbly requested to send the application form containing the following information to the below mentioned e-mail address by next 25 November 2024.

All that must be mentioned in the application form - name and passport number, permanent address, current address (including mobile number), application category, current occupation and workplace address.

Besides, description of special contribution/achievement (within 500 words in Bengali or English), passport size color photograph and evidence/information (if any) in recognition of contribution/achievement should be mentioned.
