Aedes mosquitoes are first attracted to the carbon dioxide emitted by the human body. Then the mosquitoes attack based on the source from which the carbon dioxide is being released and its color.

According to researchers, mosquitoes are more attracted to red, orange, black and cyan colors. Besides, mosquitoes run away when they see green, purple, blue and white colors. That is, mosquitoes do not like these colors at all.

Before that, scientists had the idea that mosquitoes attack mainly based on three factors. Exhaled carbon dioxide, sweat and body heat. However, this time the fourth issue has been added to this list.
