On Saturday (October 26) around 11 am, Chief of Police Moinul Islam went to Babanpur of Pirganj from Panchagarh to Abu Saeed's village home. After paying tribute, he inquired about Abu Saeed's parents, siblings and relatives.

Coordinator Sarjis Alam, DIG Aminul Islam and Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Majid Ali were present along with top officials of the administration.

Abu Saeed's brother Ramzan Ali said, 'It has been so long since my brother was killed. The accused are not yet arrested. I demand that they be quickly arrested and brought to justice. He said that the police chief had assured them about this.

Later, Chief of Police Moinul Islam attended the 6th anniversary ceremony of Rangpur Metropolitan Police. After that, at 2 pm, he will join the rally with the relatives of those killed and injured in July-August.
