These four astronauts reached the International Space Station on March 5. They were supposed to return to Earth in mid-August after various researches. But they were forced to stay in space for more than seven months due to a malfunction in another spacecraft Boeing Starliner.

According to NASA, the 'Crew-8' mission to bring back the astronauts has been delayed several times due to Hurricane Milton, which recently hit the United States. The Crew-8 mission is SpaceX's 13th mission to transport astronauts into space. NASA and SpaceX's next mission is Crew-9, which will bring Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore stranded from the International Space Station back to Earth next February.

Astronauts returning to Earth spent a total of 235 days on the International Space Station. At this time, they did various researches to know the effect of microgravity and ultraviolet radiation on stem cells, plants.
