The closing parade of the 40th BCS Police has been postponed

Jumbangla Desk: The graduation parade of trainee police superintendents to be held at the Bangladesh Police Academy in Sarda, Rajshahi has been postponed.
The final parade of Apprentice Assistant Superintendents of Police of the 40th BCS (Police) Cadre was scheduled to be held at the Academic Parade Ground on Sunday (October 20) at 10 am. Interior Advisor Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury was supposed to take the salute and inspect the parade.
Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Media) Sabina Yasmin confirmed the matter. He said, due to unavoidable reasons, the closing parade of the 40th BCS (Police) batch on Sunday has been cancelled.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Moinul Islam and Director General (DG) of RAB AKM Shahidur Rahman along with senior officers of law enforcement and related departments of the government were staying at Sarada Police Academy on Saturday night to participate in the Sunday morning parade. However, it was reported on Saturday night that due to unavoidable reasons, the final parade of trainee Assistant Superintendents of Police has been postponed .
It is reported that officers of the 40th BCS Police Cadre joined Sarada Police Academy on 4th December 2022. After all the preparations for their final parade were completed, it was suddenly called off.
