Tomatoes-2
Ginger-1 Tablespoon
Milk-4 Tablespoon
Spinach-1 knob
Butter-2 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder-1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
Powder-1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
oil-5 tbsp

First, boil the spinach in 1/4 cup of water and mash it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chickens for 5 minutes until light brown. Now fry in oil with ginger, garlic, onion until light brown. Grind well with tomatoes, salt, pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric.

Reduce the heat and let the chicken and milk simmer for fifteen minutes. When the meat becomes soft, add spinach batter and garam masala. When the spinach starts to stick to the pan, take it off and spread the butter. Then serve hot with roti, parata, or naan.
