The names of the 6 colleges that have been changed in the notification are — Sheikh Hasina Medical College, Noakhali; Sheikh Hasina Medical College, Tangail; Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical College, Faridpur; Colonel Malek Medical College, Manikganj; Abdul Malek Ukil Medical College Noakhali; M. Abdur Rahim Medical College, Dinajpur.

Their changed names are Noakhali Medical College, Tangail Medical College, Faridpur Medical College, Manikganj Medical College, Noakhali Medical College, Dinajpur Medical College.

The notification states that this order will come into effect immediately.
