Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Naib Emir and former member of parliament Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher said that the current government should complete the work of reforming the country, organize a fair election soon and announce the outline of the election now. Commodity prices have increased. The law and order situation is deteriorating. The government should take quick action on these issues. All conspiracies against the country must be prevented and the new freedom must be protected.
He said these things while addressing the chief guest of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Comilla Sadar Dakshin Upazila workers conference at Swagazi TA High School and College ground at 11 am on Friday.
Dr. Taher said, we got new freedom, but not freed from conspiracies. From day one, India has been conspiring to bring down this government and bring Awami League to power. Besides, conspiracy is being made against Jamaat-e-Islami. Like in the past, no one will be able to stop the Jamaat in the future, inshallah. Those who are oppressors, looters, abusers of power, those who are responsible for establishing illegitimate regime should be brought under strict justice. Awami League must be resisted socially. We have one more struggle to do. That is to free all kinds of oppression, terrorism and extortion from this country.
