Fatema Akhter, wife of Mohibbur Rahman. On October 1, he denied the ownership of this land in an affidavit through a notary public in Dhaka.

Claimed in the affidavit, 'I am not aware of who or who completed the registered clear deed without the knowledge of me and my relatives. I am aware of the matter and collect the copy of the document after knowing the details through my representative. He also stated in the affidavit that, as I or we are not aware, neither I nor anyone close to me shall have any title or ownership in that document. I will not claim in the future. I or my close ones will not bear the responsibility if any difficulties or disputes arise in the future.


He even mentioned that he did not pay the cost of the document and the registry fee. The affidavit has been filed in Kalapara Sub Registry Office recently. Various kinds of discussion and criticism are going on among people about this.

It is known that on November 21, 2019, the land was purchased in the name of Fatema Akhtar in Khepupara sub-registry office through deed number 4512. Tapas is a seller of land at Saha Gong. The location of this land is shown in JL No-08, 173/1 of Kalapara Upazila Sadar Municipal Lagoa Itbaria Mauza.
