Jumbangla Desk: The government has issued a notification accepting the resignations of the chairman and two commissioners of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) . The Cabinet Department issued a notification accepting their resignations on Thursday (October 31). Cabinet Secretary Dr. signed the announcement. Sheikh Abdur Rashid.
The announcement said, "According to Section 10(1) of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2004, Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission Mohammad Moinuddin Abdullah and Commissioner Zahrul Haque and Commissioner Mocha. Achia Khatun has resigned.
The President accepted their resignations. The announcement was issued by the order of the President. Sheikh Abdur Rashid.
On October 29, ACC Chairman Muhammad Moinuddin Abdullah, Commissioner Achia Khatun and Commissioner Zahurul Haque resigned citing 'personal' reasons. This is the third time a commission has resigned before completing its term.
