Former MP Tahjib Alam Siddiqui has been accused of using illegal state power to grab land. Alhaj Md., Managing Director of Dhansidi Composite Limited, made this complaint in a press conference at Dhaka Reporters Unity on Saturday (November 2). Dulal Hossain Khan.

He said that 167 percent of total land of JL No-36, Khatian No RS) 43,6,62,60,61 Dag No (RS)- 59,62,63,65,65 Dag located in South Panishail Mauzat of Kashimpur of Gazipur district. During the construction of factory steel building by filling the earth as the land is low, former MP Tahjib Alam Siddiqui and his brother Tanzeer Alam Siddiqui obstructed my work with their identified terrorists and threatened to intimidate and disappear me with the intention of taking over. They cleverly used the state power to take me to an unknown place with the intention of killing me and subjected me to brutal physical and mental torture, which cannot be expressed in words.

He alleged that during the abduction, he took Tk.50 lakh and two smart mobile phones, a check book and signed 15 white stamps in my car. They took over my land while abducted. Later, my family members, through the senior officials of the then administration, recovered illegal weapons from me at Shivaloy police station under Manikganj district. At that time, the administration officials filed a case showing illegal weapons. They threatened to disappear and kill me again when I went on bail to recover the land.

Dulal said, the then police superintendent of Gazipur arrested and tortured me again with Harun. Tahzeeb applied pressure to register the land in Alam Siddiqui's name. DB Harun took 3 crore rupees from my family by fearing crossfire for not registering the land.

He said, I am demanding exemplary punishment of former MP Tahjeeb and his people along with recovery of my land. Officials of Dhansidi Composite Limited were present.
