Earlier, the Bangladesh women's football team, which won the SAF championship, entered the Yamuna at 10:30 am. 23 members of the women's group met with the chief advisor.

Bangladesh won the women's clean championship crown in South Asia. The Chief Advisor welcomed those 23 female footballers. Head coach Peter Butler and team manager Mahmuda Ananya joined the reception outside the winning footballers. However, no Buffe officials came to this reception.
Earlier, Bangladesh beat Nepal on their home soil to win the SAFF Championship last Wednesday. After that, the winners returned to the country on Thursday.
