He said these things in a speech on Friday (November 1) evening. News from AFP.
"We can see where Russia is massing North Korean troops on its territory," Zelensky said. We could strike against them pre-emptively, if we had long-range missiles.
Complaining to Kiev's allies, he said the North Korean military was waiting to launch an attack on Ukrainians. After that, he will decide on North Korea.
Earlier, since October 13, Zelensky has been publicly warning North Korean troops. Western allies have described it as a major escalation of tensions, but have yet to announce any response plans or prepare for such action.
South Korea has offered intelligence assistance and broader cooperation on the issue and is considering sending a military observer team to Ukraine, officials said.
