Jumbangla Desk: BSB Global Network, a company of Cambrian Education Group, has been accused of cheating 850 students with dreams of higher education abroad. However, the victims complain that this number is at least one and a half thousand. More than 200 crore rupees have been stolen through fraud. Without returning the money, the victims are being threatened by the head of the organization, Lion MK Bashar.

Rita Akhter's dream of teaching her child abroad has been dashed. He hastily handed over 10 lakh rupees to Lion MK Bashar with the assurance of 'pack all the ready boys' luggage'. Swami took a loan of 5 lakhs with interest from Sabuj Alam, a senior warrant officer of the army. Now he is carrying the interest burden.

The victim student's mother Rita Akhter said, 'We were a happy family with a son, in-laws and daughter-in-law. That happiness was taken away from me by Lion Basha.'

Hundreds of parents-students like Rita Akhter are victims of fraud by BSB Global Network.

A victim student said, 'The time I had was gone in September. They gave it to Canada again for January. After giving it there, they took another one and a half lakh rupees. A total of 9 lakh 95 thousand taka has been taken. 3 lakhs have gone to me along with more formal and other expenses.'

Another student said, 'When I went to look for the money I got, people from Bashar's organization attacked me.'

The institute has dozens of trained counselors to entice higher education abroad. These counselors created fake papers and trapped the students.

Another victim student said, 'The invitation letter given to me by the university in Canada is fake. But after seeing that, I gave 30 lakhs.'

A victimized female student said, 'Jobair and Nazmul were my counsellors. After they take 10 lakh rupees no one receives phone calls. Then after about a month and a half, the phone rang. Received the phone and said - you have received the offer letter, they have to pay another 4 lakhs to show the bank statement.'

Recently, BSB Global Network made an agreement with the students to return the money. However, MK Bashar does not accept that agreement either. On the contrary, when he opened his mouth, he gave a veiled threat.

When asked about this, the leader of the organization, Lion MK Bashar, said that we are paying the money to those who did not protest and did not file a case. Are you sure that you will be able to hand over the money that you are taking the responsibility of paying everyone's money?

In this regard, the Gulshan office of the company was found locked. Apart from this, all the officers and employees are missing. Even after e-mailing twice to get an official statement on this, no response was received from the concerned.
