According to local residents, around 12 noon, Darshana Town BNP Ward No. 9 President Farman Ali, a resident of Ishwarchandrapur village, was sitting in front of Janata Bank in Darshana Rail Bazar and drinking tea. At that time, a group of terrorists led by Chhatra League activist Rashed Ahmed, son of Sanirul Islam of the same village, left with bloody injuries.

After that, it was alleged that the BNP leader went to the super brick kiln and beat up the kiln manager Ahsan Ali Shipon and vandalized the office chair and looted money.
