At that time, the traveling court fined 15600 taka to 9 car drivers and 6 businessmen for setting up an extended part of the shop on the road for the crime of causing traffic jam by stopping the car.

The operation was conducted on the highway adjacent to Sadarpur Bazar along with Sadarpur Bus Stand, Stadium Ground and Krishnapur Stand yesterday Sunday (November 3).


Under the leadership of Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) and Executive Magistrate Al Mamun, 4 traders and 1 easy bike driver were fined 4 thousand 500 taka and under the leadership of Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rubana Tanzin, 8 easy bikes and two traders were fined 11 thousand 100 taka.

At this time, a team of Sadarpur police station cooperated in the operation.


Executive Magistrate of Mobile Court and Upazila Executive Officer Al Mamun said, 'Regular operations are being conducted under the direction of Deputy Commissioner Sir to clear traffic jams, ensure safe highways and create public awareness. Initially this operation has been conducted. If anyone violates the law after that, the operation will be intensified at a later date.
