Entertainment desk: Producer Simi Islam has filed a case of cheating in the name of actress Apu Biswas. On October 24, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Dhaka filed this case in court. Case number 1136.

Not only Apu Biswas, YouTubers Hero Alam and Zahidul Islam Apanke have been made accused number 3 in the same case. Zahidul Islam is responsible for the management of Apu Biswas' YouTube channel.

Producer Simi Islam claims that his YouTube channel was hacked by Apu Biswas and Zahidul Islam. He made a general diary about the matter. After that, he tried to settle through the Film Producers-Distributors Association. But without finding any way, he approached the court.

After the news of the case against Apu Biswas came to light, there is a lot of discussion about the matter. This actress has clarified her position on this. Apu Biswas says, I can't take this woman (Simi Islam Koli) anymore. Everything has been given to him. What is the case again! I don't know about this, it's all nonsense.

Meanwhile, it has been ordered to submit the investigation report to the court by December 11.

According to the documents of the case, in August 2023, defendant Apu Biswas and Zahidul Islam together hacked Simi's YouTube channel. After that, Apu Biswas did not return the channel even after promising to return it. Therefore, on January 28 this year, Simi filed a general diary at Lalbagh police station, where Apu and Apan were accused.

Hero Alam came forward as a mediator after learning about the matter. He assured to solve it by talking to both parties. Then 10 lakh rupees were demanded from the plaintiff to return the channel. It is reported that this has been requested by Apu Biswas. Plaintiff Simi Islam gave Tk 5 lakh to defendant Hero Alam in the hope of getting the channel back after negotiation.

After receiving the money, they returned the channel. But the plaintiff found that the videos on his YouTube channel were missing. Simi told the matter to Apu Biswas and Hero Alam. But they delayed the return of the videos. The issue has already been discussed in the Film Producers Association. But as there was no solution, Simi was forced to approach the court.
