Due to this incident in Sweden in 2022, Sweden also had to endure the setback of this incident in the diplomatic field. Türkiye directly opposed it in the diplomatic arena. The question was whether the person would be punished in a secular state like Sweden? The case was heard in a Swedish court last Tuesday.

The judge said that any person or group can be publicly opposed.

Swedish law allows it. But there is a limit to opposition. In this incident that limit has been crossed, what has happened has directly hurt the sentiments of Muslims, which is not legal. A Swedish court ordered
the man to be jailed .

After hearing the punishment, the guilty man opened his mouth. He is a lawyer by profession. His statement, 'I am not surprised by the court's verdict. I will appeal to the high court. The criminal is a citizen of Sweden as well as Denmark.

He was given the same sentence in Denmark in 2020. Even there, the man pleaded not guilty in court. Instead, he said he would continue the legal battle.
