Berobi Correspondent: Although the 108th Syndicate of Rangpur's Begum Rokeya University (Berobi) banned all forms of politics including laziness student politics, BNP's student organization Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal put up posters of their party program inside the campus.

On Wednesday (November 6) on the occasion of the historic November 7 National Revolution and Solidarity Day, Berobi Chhatra Dal put up posters in various places of the university. At the bottom of the poster, instead of 'Begum Rokeya University Chhatra Dal', 'Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal' is written.

Student Shaon said that a group is trying to re-introduce lewd politics in Begum Rokeya University. Where we lost our brother Abu Saeed as a result of this apathy. Many students were injured. Where in Begum Rokeya University, based on the demands and mass signatures of the common students, the student politics has been banned in the syndicate meeting. The process of launching student council is going on very fast. For this, ordinary students organized a joyous procession and distributed sweets. Since party-based politics is prohibited, those who have put up political posters on the campus. They committed a crime.

In this regard, Begum Rokeya University Student Union Convener Al Amin said, "This is not a student union poster, it is a poster of revolution and solidarity day." Our organization has 14 wings, out of which Chhatra Dal, Youth Dal will all carry out this program. It is given from the center. This day used to be National Day. Awami League has declared this day closed. Ziaur Rahman was again decided by the interim government as the herald of independence.

When he was asked about putting up posters in the name of Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal even after the prohibition of lezuri politics, he further said that there were no processions, showdowns or slogans from the Chhatra Dal here. It is being installed not only here, but in schools, colleges and madrassas in educational institutions across the country. It is given from the center. So I don't see lewd politics in it. I don't see any headache of the administration here.

Asked whether he had taken permission from the administration, he said that he had spoken to the administration but they had not given any decision. However, the administration has said that if it is applied all over the country, see what you will do. He avoids the issue when asked by any person from the administration.

University proctor Dr. in this regard. Md. Ferdous Rahman said, we have not seen who put up these posters. But today at 5 pm we have called a meeting, these matters will be decided there.

Professor Dr. Shaukat Ali, the vice-chancellor of the university, said, "I don't know anything about this." I'm talking to the proctor now to see about the poster.
