The incident took place on the afternoon of Wednesday (November 6) between the International Main Pillar 1286-1287 Tiprakhala-Ghilatoil area of ​​the Bangladesh-India border.


It is known that the young man was injured by the Khasias while entering India illegally. Later the locals rescued him and took him to Jaintapur Upazila Health Complex where the doctor on duty declared him dead. The doctors said that there are bullet marks in different parts of the deceased's body.

Officer-in-charge of Jaintapur Model Police Station Abul Basar Md. Badruzzaman confirmed the matter. He said that the body has been sent to Osmani Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
