British High Commissioner Sarah Cook met the Foreign Secretary on Wednesday (November 6). At this time, the foreign secretary made this request.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to the request of the Foreign Secretary, the British High Commissioner assured to consider the matter.

At the same time, the High Commissioner reiterated the UK's commitment to Bangladesh's democratic transition and strengthening bilateral relations.

He expressed satisfaction with the Bangladeshi diaspora in the UK, the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries built on the solid foundation of commonwealth heritage and common values.
