President Md. against the three judges Salma Masud Chowdhury, AKM Zahurul Haque and Kazi Rezaul Haque who have specific allegations of irregularities and corruption. The Supreme Judicial Council has sent a complaint to Sahabuddin.

If the president approves, the council will start a formal investigation against these three judges.

Several Supreme Court sources confirmed the matter on Thursday.

Sources also said that the Chief Justice has already held two meetings of the Supreme Judicial Council after the sixteenth amendment verdict. Apart from this, the complaints against 12 other judges are being scrutinized. Initially, if anything is found in favor of the complaint, it will be sent to the President.

It should be noted that due to the 16th Amendment of the Constitution, judges have been slow in resolving corruption.
