Now to build a new Bangladesh, arrangements should be made to bring Tarique Rahman back to the country within the next seven days.
He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the opening ceremony of Revolution and Solidarity Day at Sahebbazar Bara Mosque in Rajshahi on Thursday morning.

Mizanur Rahman Minu said that the martyred President Ziaur Rahman declared the independence of Bangladesh. It was through his announcement that people of all classes and occupations of the country jumped into the great liberation war and liberated the country. On August 5, Hasina was expelled from the country through the student-mass movement. And when this movement fell into a difficult and unfavorable situation, BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman gave courage to the movement by giving advice and guidance even from far away in London.
Former Rajshahi mayor and former member of parliament Mizanur Rahman Minu said that the people of the country wanted to get rid of Hasina, the murderer of this dictatorship, demanding the handover of power to the elected party soon. They are freed. Now arrangements should be made to bring Tariq Rahman back to the country quickly. Power must be transferred to an elected government.
