Locals said that on the morning of October 30, there was a dispute between children in the Quran Sharif Education Center of Satbaria Gorasthan Jame Masjid Maktab. When the matter came to the attention of Imam Chhabedul Islam, he called the parents of both the students and settled it.

From then on, the regular teaching of the Maktab continued as usual. Suddenly, during the class last Monday at 7 am, identified terrorists of the area, Mukhles, son of deceased Nabir Sheikh, and Shamim, son of deceased Aftab Ali, entered the Maktab in a planned manner and started abusing in unspeakable language.

Imam Chhabedul Islam, who was lying on the bed of Bheramara Upazila Health Complex, crying in pain, said that those 'terrorists' killed me in a trivial incident. They came with a plan to kill me. I have given a written complaint to the Bheramara police station mentioning the names of the accused.
