Adviser to BNP Chairperson and former convenor of Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP, brave freedom fighter Abdus Salam said that the people of this country could not vote for 15 years. We want to cast our vote. The people of this country will choose who will run the country through voting. People will not accept any government without votes.
He said, Awami League said they did not run away, Sheikh Hasina will not run away. But Sheikh Hasina escaped in one piece. Remember, no government could survive without the support of the people, not even Sheikh Hasina.
He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the discussion meeting and colorful rally of Chandpur district BNP on the occasion of the historic November 7 National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
He said, Awami League has exploited the country in 15 years. People were dying in Dhaka city. There was no one to bury him. Awami League's title was the blanket thief. Today, the title of Awami League is the killer of people, the killer of democracy. This Awami League can no longer be given a place in this country.
He said, this Awami League was instigated by the police against BNP. 2 of our workers were killed at this place. BNP will not be found. Where is the Awami League today? What do they find? Their trial must be on the soil of Bengal. He said, Hasina voted during the day at night. Many of our leaders and activists have been killed. Shot dead in the street. What will not be the trial of these murders? Of course it will. Hasina said that Khaleda Zia has stolen 2 crore rupees. Shame to say that you have stolen hundreds of crores of rupees.
Abdus Salam said, if November 7 did not happen, Bangladesh would have ended on that day. Today it is called Sanskar. And if you want to reform, look at Ziaur Rahman. Ziaur Rahman made reforms within a short period of time.
