Having social media at your fingertips means having the whole world at your fingertips. Because using this platform you can reach any part of the world in a moment sitting in your own home. However, many false images or information are spread through the hands of the Internet. To solve this problem, WhatsApp, owned by the tech giant Meta, has come up with a new feature.
The new feature has been launched experimentally, through which you can easily check whether the image coming to you is real or fake! This feature will be available for everyone soon. It is known that the name of this new feature is 'Search On web'.
How will it work?
Suppose someone sends you a picture. Open that chat and go to the three dot menu on the right. There you will see 'Search On web'. There you can directly search for any image. Through this, you can easily check the image that comes to you is fake or made. But this image will not be saved. Search will be done on Google. This matter is not in the hands of WhatsApp.
But for now only beta testers will get the benefit of this feature. In that case, it is necessary to have the latest update of WhatsApp.
Note that this messaging app has recently introduced a feature to make chat easier. Which is called 'Lists'. With this feature, users can customize their chats. For example, if you divide it into 'family', 'office' or even 'neighbourhood', each group will get a separate space. This feature is expected to be very beneficial for those who regularly chat with many users on WhatsApp.
