BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir called on the party leaders and people to stop any conspiracy.

He said that those who would come to destroy the independence and sovereignty of the country should be very alert and aware and stop any conspiracy. Here, without democracy, fascism will not stand a chance. We will all fight unitedly.

He said these things in the President's speech at the short rally before the rally on the occasion of Revolution and Solidarity Day on Friday afternoon.

BNP Secretary General said that Awami League has systematically destroyed all the political structures of the country in the last 17 years. They made the country a mafia state. They have made the economy of the country boil. They have killed and disappeared many of our leaders and activists. The fallen Awami League filed a case against 6 million people.

He said that today's rally will prove that the strongest political party in Bangladesh is Nationalist Party-BNP. BNP has repeatedly defended the democracy of Bangladesh. On November 7, 1975, fascism and hegemony were defeated that day through patriotic soldier-people struggle. Ziaur Rahman led that day. November 7 was the day of liberation of democracy, November 7 was the day of protecting freedom and sovereignty, the day of defeating hegemony. This day is the day of the founder of the history and independence of new Bangladesh.
