He said this in a speech at Bara Deora Ahsan Ullah Sarkar Islamic Foundation Complex, Tongi, on the eve of Dhaka Yatra to join the 'National Revolution and Solidarity' Day rally on November 7.
This central leader of BNP called for the withdrawal of all false and harassing cases against the leaders of BNP-affiliated organizations throughout the country during the previous government's tenure.
He said, I call on the interim government to immediately withdraw the baseless, false, fabricated and conspiratorial cases against the BNP leaders during the misrule of the fascist Hasina government.
He said that the Awami League government had turned the entire country into a prison for the past 16 years. No one could open their mouths to protest the injustice. Freedom of speech, rice and voting rights were taken away.
