If there is a case in someone's name, a message will be sent to his mobile phone. Then the defendant will know that there is a case in his name. India's Kolkata Police took this new initiative.

If the police files a case in Calcutta High Court or lower court then the message will come on the mobile. When the case was filed, all the information including the case number will be found in that message.
If there is any progress in the investigation of the related case, the complainant will also know through the message. Even the detailed information related to the case will be sent to the mobile of the investigating officer. Kolkata Police has started this system in several police stations.
As this system has been introduced, the complainant will know the news of the filing of the case. You will be informed about the progress of the investigation. However, after filing the case, the copy of the FIR should be taken from the police station as before.
The complainant repeatedly goes to the police station without getting information about the case. To solve this problem, Kolkata Police launched the 'Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and System' project. Now you will receive messages sitting at home.
According to police sources, cases are filed in court based on many important allegations, which the complainant needs to know; But in order not to know that, one has to go to the court starting from the police station. Again many cases are damaged due to forgetting dates. So both the complainant and the investigating officer will get the message.
