According to the Meteorological Department, the sky may be slightly cloudy in different parts of the country including the capital Dhaka. However, the weather throughout the country may remain mainly dry. However, rain is likely in some areas.

This information was informed in a circular signed by meteorologist Omar Farooq on Friday evening.

It is said that scattered clouds can float in the sky in different areas of Dhaka, Sylhet, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Rangpur divisions. Besides, the weather is expected to be calm.

Apart from this, two places each in Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong division may experience temporary light to moderate rain or thunder with gusty winds. Also, there may be moderate to heavy rainfall in some parts of the country.

Besides, the weather over the country may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies during the next 24 hours. And the night temperature may increase slightly across the country. However, the daytime temperature will remain unchanged.

A seasonal normal low pressure is located over the South Bay of Bengal, with its extension extending into the North Bay of Bengal.

It is known that there will be no special change in the weather for the next 3 days. However, there may be slight changes in the extended 5 days.
