Al Hilal lured Neymar to Saudi Arabia in a big deal. However, he could not play properly for the club. He spent most of his time on the sidelines with injury after injury. Rumor has it that Al Hilal are looking to offload the injury-prone star.

According to the Spanish media Sport, Neymar has prepared to leave the Saudi club. He has even given the green signal to his former club Santos.

If this news is true, the 32-year-old footballer is going to return to Brazil next season after the two-year contract.

Sport also reported that, in the meantime, Al Hilal is also considering the option of Neymar. They want to bring Cristiano Ronaldo from another Saudi club Al Nasr.

Brazilian journalist Diego Dantas, however, says that Al Hilal is going to cut ties with Neymar before the end of the contract. The club's relationship with Neymar may end in January.

Meanwhile, Neymar's return to Santos has been indicated by the club's vice-president Osvaldo Nico. In a television show, he said, 'Neymar will come to Santos in June. We had this conversation.'
